Social Media Terms of Use

INPEX JODCO Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation", "we","us"or "our") maintains official accounts in various social media platforms (the "Official Accounts") , and has established the terms and conditions described below (these"Terms of Use") . By accessing the Official Account pages, each individual who accesses the Official Accounts (the "User") agrees to, and complies with, these Terms of Use.

２. Comments or Replies to Posts

• （１）We will not give response to any post or comment submitted by the User on the Official Account.
• （２）Posts and comments received on the Official Account are deemed to be information that the sender has agreed to publish. In addition, such information may be stored and recorded and posted, displayed, and published on various media.

３. Access to Basic Information

We may access to information that is publicly available to all users, such as names and profile pictures, in accordance with the user's social media settings.

４. Disclaimers

• （１）We make no guarantees with regard to the accuracy, recency, completeness, or usefulness of any content that is posted to the Official Accounts.
• （２） Information disseminated by the Foundation through the Official Accounts does not necessarily represent the Foundation's official announcements and views. Please refer to the Foundation's web site for its official announcements and views.
• （３）We assume no liability under any circumstances for any content (comment, photo, video, audio file, music, etc.) that is submitted by the User.
• （４）We shall not have any liability for any damage arising from a User’s use of or the unavailability of the Official Account.
• （５）We shall not have any liability for any problems arising between the User and another User or between the User and a third party in relation to the use of the Official Account.
• （６）We shall not have any liability for any content shared by accounts bbearning a similar name other than the Official Account published on the Foundation's website.
• （７）The social media platform, including this service, are operated by external companies. The Foundation does not guarantee the functionality or security of these platforms. In addition, we cannot provide assistance regarding the operational status of external company systems, the functionality of any software or application provided by external companies, or instructions for use or any other technical inquiries.
• （８）The content published on this service may be subject to change or removal without prior notice.
• （９）We reserve the right to terminate, interrupt, or discontinue the operation of any of its Official Accounts without any prior notice. In addition, we assume no liability under any circumstances for any damages that may be incurred as a result of changing or making addition to the details of any of the Official Accounts, or terminating, interrupting or discontinuing the services thereunder.
• （10）We shall not have any liability for any damage arising from matters related to the Official Account.

５. Prohibited Acts

When using the Official Account Pages, the User is strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the acts described below. The Foundation reserves the right, without any prior notice to the User, to delete any information, content, etc. that he or she has submitted to the Official Account Pages, block him or her from accessing or submitting content to any of the Official Accounts, or take other actions as necessary. We are not obligated to disclose the reasons.

• （１）Actions that go against the purpose of the Official Account;
• （２）Actions that hinder or pose a risk of causing damage to the operation of the Official Account;
• （３）Tampering with information provided through the Official Account;
• （４）Acting or potential actions may cause any inconvenience, disadvantage or damage to another User, the Foundation or any third party;
• （５）Actions that identify, disclose, or leak the personal information of other users or third parties without their consent;
• （６）Profit-oriented activities through or in connection with the Official Account;
• （７）Actions or potential actions infringing on the trademark rights, copyrights, privacy, or other rights of another User, a third party or the Foundation;
• （８）Actions that damage the reputation or credibility of specific individuals or organizations, or engage in defamation or slander;
• （９）Actions that go against public order and morals or provide information that goes against public order and morals;
• （10）Actions that violate laws or have the potential to do so;
• （11）Actions related to election campaigns, religious activities or any other activities similar thereto;
• （12）Actions involving the use or provision of harmful programs such as computer viruses, or actions with the potential to do so;
• （13）Actions prohibited by the respective social media platform operators; or
• （14）Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Foundation.

In the event that the foundation incurs damages due to the actions of a User, the Foundation may seek compensation for such damages from the User.

６. Handling of Personal Information

• （１）We recognize the importance of personal information and have put into effect a privacy policy.

７. Intellectual Property Rights

• （１）Copyrights and all other intellectual property rights (including copyrights, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, and know-how, etc.) to information displayed on the Official Accounts shall belong to us or other rights holders such as copyright holders.The express permission of the Foundation must be obtained to use (including reproduction, transmission, distribution, transfer, adaptation, etc.) the information displayed on the Official Accounts.
• （２）Intellectual property rights, including copyrights in and to posted any content, shall belong to the User who posted such content, provided, however, that the User shall, by such posting, grant to the Foundation a worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive right to refer to and use (including reproduction, processing, modification, translating, citation, publishing, etc.) such content without notice to the User, and agree not to exercise any intellectual property rights, including copyrights or an author's moral rights, against the Foundation. We assume no obligation to keep such information confidential or to use or evaluate it.

８. Revision of these Terms

The Foundation reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use, without obtaining the consent of the User. In such case, the revised Terms of Use shall come into effect when they are posted or displayed on this page.

９. Regarding Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed, and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event that a problem arises regarding the use of the Official Accounts that cannot be resolved under these Terms of Use, we and the User shall discuss and resolve the problem in good faith. In the event that a problem arises that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion and a lawsuit regarding the use of Official Accounts becomes necessary, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
